How long will it take to receive my order?
Production takes 3-7 business days, plus shipping time based on the method you choose.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We take great care in packaging your products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at khourycustomdesigns@yahoo.com or call (810) 240-7712, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Because our items are custom-made, we begin production shortly after receiving your order. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to make any modifications or cancellations.
